We are currently seeking bright and proactive Process Workers to work in a team environment at our Warehouse Factory in Campbellfield VIC 3061.

This is a great opportunity for energetic individuals with a manufacturing or similar background. Your positive attitude and strong attention to detail will ensure you prosper within this small friendly team.

To be successful for this opportunity you will ideally require:

• Recent and relevant experience in a similar role (12 months – 2 years experience).
• Be motivated and “hands on” with great hand eye co-ordination and the ability to multi-task.
• The capacity and patience to work with small products and items.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment together with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to self development and achievement utilizing your knowledge and skills to ensure a high standard and continuously work towards on time delivery.
• A strong focus and commitment to evolving safety practices by following policies, procedures and initiating good housekeeping.

• The aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team under regular supervision.
• A proven work history supporting your reliability and dedication to work.
• Be accommodating and have the ability to be on call to work shifts between the hours of 7am - 4pm.
• Have reliable transportation as there is no public transport close by.
• Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English.

Working closely with the Supervisor and other team members your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Performing all operational processes within the company including machine operation, process work, cleaning and light duties as required.
• Liaising with Management and other team members regarding re-work and quality failures.
• Accept and acknowledge reasonable management direction and achieve and maintain a high standard of personal and team performance.
• Ensure the safety and security of the business including participating in workplace drills and health and safety training.

This role is currently being offered on a Casual basis and remuneration will be in line with the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award.
