Client focus is at the forefront of this position. You will be responsible for greeting all clients and employees, answering all incoming calls, support with legal administration and the coordination of catering and other office requirements. Overall responsibilities will also include:


  • Oversee contractor attendance within the facility.
  • Organise couriers as required.
  • Manage postage services.

Room setup

  • Ensure video conference meetings are set up correctly in advance of booked meetings.
  • Oversee the setup of rooms for client meetings.

Catering and Events

  • Receive and process catering requests for business groups and events as requested - including Morning Tea.


  • Provide back up administration support to legal groups.
  • Provide office services back up as required.


  • Provide coordination support to the office relocation project


  • Experience in professional services environment in a front of office position
  • You enjoy devlivering an exceptionial client experience
  • Driven to go above and beyond to ensure a high standard of service to both internal and external clients.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.
