Wagga Saleyards is looking for experienced rural labourers to be a part of our team. No beating around the bush, 75% of the job is washing manure off concrete rain, hail and shine. The rest of the time will be spent maintaining troughs, fencing, paddock maintenance and general site cleaning. The right people will get the opportunity to assist on sale days as well.

  • Two (2) Permanent Positions Available.
  • Remuneration of $1,957.26 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $2,348.71 gross per fortnight + superannuation.
  • Thirty-eight (38) hour week with one RDO per month.

What you will need to succeed:
The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience relevant to the role including cleaning stock yards, tractor and mowing operations, chemical application, and general labouring in rural environment.
  • The ability to work in a team and independently and sound communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Class C Driver’s Licence.
  • General Construction Induction Training Card (White Card).
  • AQF Level 3 Chemical Accreditation.
