The Bureau is undertaking a significant transformation journey linked to the implementation of the Bureau Strategy 2017-2022, and has a number of large transformation programs underway.

The Strategy and Performance Coordinator sits within the Strategy and Performance Program of the Bureau's Enterprise Services Group. The primary purpose of the role is to support the successful delivery of outcomes for the the Bureau's ongoing transformation with a focus on the Bureau's strategic and change management capabilities. The Strategy and Performance Program enables the Bureau to deliver greater impact and value for Australia by aligning and integrating strategy, capability, culture and investment. We deliver activities focussed on the Bureau's Strategy, corporate planning, enterprise transformation and change management, and organisational performance reporting.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of enabling the ongoing development of the Bureau's strategic and change capability, working to the General Manager Strategy and Performance Program and the Enterprise Transformation (Organisational Change) Lead.

This role has responsibility for planning and managing a quarterly conference for approximately 200 senior internal and external stakeholders and staff, and supports the monitoring, tracking and reporting of change initiative effectiveness across the Bureau.
