Maroondah City Council has been successful in receiving funding from the Victorian Government for the Working for Victoria Program (WFV).


The Working for Victoria Program (WFV) is an initiative in helping and supporting Victorian jobseekers (Jobs Victoria) who have unfortunately lost their jobs due to the impacts of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Maroondah City Council has a variety of Working for Victoria (WFV) positions that are all maximum term for a 6-month period.

  • Bushland Maintenance
  • Drainage Management
  • Workshop Mechanic
  • Immunisation Services
  • Social and Corporate planning
  • Arts Promotion
