Reporting of the role: This role reports to a Business / Account Director.
Responsibilities
- Support the broader team to deliver end to end paid media campaigns across key digital and offline media channels - from setup, through to optimisation, pacing & reporting.
- Assist with regular and accurate reporting of all digital marketing channels, as well as providing analysis and insights back to the team, and clients.
- Manage workload and meet deadlines in an efficient manner, delivering high quality work at all times.
- Support the team with regards to invoicing and finance.
- Support with the wider team by contributing to strategic ideas and media partner briefings.
- Attends regular client WIPs, ensuring all key information is documented and actioned as required.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Ability to develop rapport with clients, media and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical astuteness.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint - demonstrated experience working with data, deriving insights and presenting results in a client friendly manner.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- A positive attitude & passion to deliver great work.
- A willingness to learn and develop a career within our company
- Some prior experience in a role involving data, analysis, marketing/media campaign management and/or digital marketing is preferable.
- Motivated, adaptable and willing to help with different types of tasks to support the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
