The Opportunity
You would be part of a tight knit team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, where you will take ownership of and drive significant sales growth with industry leaders. Partner closely with key customers to understand and support their business through the value of the Reece product and service offerings. You would also develop new business opportunities through presentations, proposals and tenders.
Your-day-to-day:
Building strong working relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business, supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise; supporting customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logistics, and achieving agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:
- Has strong relationship building skills, high customer service focus, attention to detail, accountability and an exceptional ability to communicate
- Influencing/negotiating skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities would support success in this role.
- Previous sales or key account management experience, particularly within the construction/developmentindustry, would be an advantage
- A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills is required; experience with CRM systems is preferred.
