We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our Finance Department. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in accurate, high-quality work, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Accounts Payable function.
- Process supplier invoices, bank transactions, in our accounting software, securing the correct approvals.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including the posting of general journal entries.
- Reconcile schedules for prepayments and accruals on a monthly basis.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Provide full support to the revenue reconciliation team.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
What You Bring to the Team
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
- A-Level in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of your tasks—both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player who can build strong relationships across the business.
