THE ROLE

The SBL Accreditation Lead will play a lead role in retaining and attaining the School of Business and Law’s international accreditations. These activities feed into internal accreditations and quality processes required by the University. The role manages the Accreditation Team, to ensure the School meets all milestones and targets associated with the accreditation portfolio. The SBL Accreditation Lead works closely with the Associate Dean Teaching and Learning, Director of Academic Studies, Executive Dean, the Associate Deans Discipline, the Associate Dean Research, School Directors and the School Manager in the delivery of a range of strategic and operational activities. Developing and maintaining expertise for key international business school accreditations such as AACSB, EFMD (EQUIS) and PRME is critical to the role. Quality assurance of the School’s professional course accreditation and major course review documents are also within the remit of this position.

SELECTION CRITERIA

A university degree in a related field is a requirement for this position, along with extensive relevant experience in a related field.
Ability to present highly complex data in a range of formats to meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
High level ability to collect, process, analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions and solve problems
Experience in developing and managing projects
High order written and oral communication skills and the ability to organise and present information, views and concepts in a concise, understandable and interesting format for a variety of audiences.
The ability to balance and prioritise tasks without losing sight of desired outcomes
Interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good relationships and networks both internally and externally.
Ability to look at work closely to identify and correct errors, and spot and highlight areas for improvement.

BENEFITS AND RENUMERATION

This position attracts remuneration of $115,042 to $129,573 pa plus up to 17% University superannuation contribution.
