We’re looking for a university-qualified Exercise Physiologist who knows how to bring the science — but also the spark. Someone who loves both clinical rehab and strength-based coaching. If you’ve got personal training experience, even better.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group sessions across a mix of chronic health, musculoskeletal rehab, and general conditioning
- Coach clients from NDIS, DVA, Medicare, and private backgrounds
- Blend clinical reasoning with performance coaching (yes, you get to program proper strength!)
- Be supported by a structured system — but still have autonomy to grow your caseload
- Contribute to a culture that values real results and real people
What We’re Looking For:
✔ ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (new grads welcome if you’re sharp)
✔ Strong communicator who thrives in a team-based, fast-moving clinic
✔ Personal training or coaching experience a big plus
✔ Passionate about helping people move with purpose
✔ Comfortable working independently while still being part of a team
✔ Hungry to grow, learn, and do work that matters
What You’ll Get:
$35–$45/hr + super, based on experience
