Admin Assistant – Full-Time (Immediate Start)
Location: Ormeau, QLD 4208
TCB Solar is looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. If you’re confident with admin work and can handle multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Processing Energex paperwork for solar installations
-Ordering stock and coordinating with suppliers
-Booking jobs with customers and solar installers
-Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
-Maintaining accurate job records in our systems
-Updating project statuses in our CRM
-Coordinating schedules for technicians and contractors
-Managing email communications with clients and stakeholders
-Preparing and organising basic reports or documentation
-Supporting the office with general admin duties

What We’re Looking For:
-Previous admin experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail and task follow-through
-Confident communicator – written and verbal
-Comfortable using computers and admin software
-Able to manage time and prioritise tasks
-Positive, professional, and self-motivated

Monday to Friday, based in our Ormeau office
