Job Description
As an Admin Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the administrative operations within a clinical setting. This role involves managing office functions, supporting clinical staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Admin Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth practice workflow
- Serve as the key point of contact between patients and clinical staff, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Oversee billing, insurance processing, and compliance with payer requirements
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and manage office resources, supplies, and maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administration and/or reception, ideally in dental or medical settings
