Oz Air Group is a trusted local heating and cooling company and we’re looking for a motivated and organised Admin & Reception All-Rounder to join our small, hardworking team.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and emails with warmth and professionalism.
- Entering leads into our CRM.
- Following up on quotes and unpaid accounts.
- Data entry and digital file management.
- Monitoring staff and subcontractor licenses and renewals.
- Processing manufacturer cashbacks and promotions.
- Tracking vehicle maintenance, servicing, and stock levels.
- General cleaning and office/factory organisation.
- Responding to and managing customer reviews via Podium.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous admin or reception experience. (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication, time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Confident using digital tools and learning new systems.
- Friendly, proactive and a supportive team player.
