CQUniversity is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer – Art and Property to join our Facilities Management Directorate. This is a unique opportunity to combine your administrative strengths with a flair for organisation and an appreciation for art and property services.


Reporting directly to the Director of Facilities Management, you will play a key role in supporting both Property Services and the University Art Collection, while also providing broader administrative assistance as required. You’ll assist with everything from data management and invoicing to coordinating basic works and maintaining our valued art collection.


We’re seeking an individual with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive team environment and make a real impact on our facilities and art management. Position Requirements


  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety strategies and legislation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems such as Archibus and Finance One.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support roles involving diary management, correspondence, event coordination, and client service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • A relevant associate-level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety management strategies and legislative requirements.
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
  • This position requires travel to other campuses in Queensland and other States.
