About the Opportunity:

As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Front Desk reception area, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home.

With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including Occupancy, Compliance, Recruitment, Rostering as well as reception relief.

The current opportunity is a Permanent Part Time 75 hour a fortnight role, Monday to Friday.

To be successful, you will have

  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check
  • Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
  • Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and Admission Systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
