The Administration Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Endeavour Foundation’s social enterprise in Maroochydore. Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative support, this role provides leadership to the administration function, overseeing systems, reporting, documentation, and compliance to enable strong commercial outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Administration Lead drives operational efficiency, supports cross-departmental coordination, and ensures adherence to organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Through effective leadership and ownership of administrative processes, this role helps create an environment where people with disability can succeed in meaningful employment.
Key duties of this role are to:
- Lead and manage all administrative processes, maintaining and organising documentation related to inventory, deliveries, invoicing and compliance.
- Monitor and coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
- Supervise administration staff, providing training and support.
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support leadership in data-driven decision making.
- Assist site manager in scheduling, logistics planning and internal audits where required.
- Ensure all regulatory and company policies are adhered to in documentation and operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in administration processes and propose improvements.
- Implement tools to streamline workflow and enhance customer offering.

The Administration Lead requires clear communication, strong collaboration, and attention to detail. You’ll be adaptable, customer-focused, and confident leading and mentoring a team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administration.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in administration or office management, preferably in a warehouse, logistics or commercial operations environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and handling of daily administrative duties.
You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
