The Role:
We are seeking a highly specialized Advertising & Campaign Specialist to devise and coordinate innovative advertising strategies and campaigns that drive adoption of Qrious Insight's services in the Australian market. This role is pivotal in creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the unique attributes of our behavioral data and AI solutions. You will leverage deep expertise in data science, AI agent development, and digital advertising to plan, develop, execute, and optimize highly targeted and technically sophisticated advertising initiatives that support our B2B sales objectives and our B2C user acquisition objectives. This is an opportunity to blend advanced technical skills with creative advertising strategy in a cutting-edge field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and organise innovative advertising policies and campaigns, leveraging data science, AI agents, and digital advertising expertise, to support sales and recruit research participants for the Australian market.
- Advise executive leadership and sales teams on cutting-edge advertising strategies and campaigns designed to reach highly specific B2B target markets, and grow a sustainable research panel to support our APAC clients.
- Coordinate the conceptualization and technical development of advertising campaign elements, potentially including interactive digital ad units, AI-driven personalized messaging systems, and data visualizations, ensuring projects are managed within time and budget constraints.
- Analyse complex data regarding consumer patterns, digital behaviors, and advertising campaign performance, applying data science techniques to identify critical insights, predict trends, and continuously optimize advertising effectiveness.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for Qrious Insight’s services, utilizing significant market research experience and advanced analytical methods to collect, interpret, and analyze data, thereby identifying unique advertising angles and opportunities.
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of technically sophisticated marketing objectives and data-driven advertising programs.
- Commission and undertake market research activities, using your expertise to identify market opportunities that can be leveraged through targeted advertising for our new and existing services.
- Collaborate closely with global product, engineering, and data science teams to deeply understand product capabilities and translate complex technical features into compelling and effective advertising narratives.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience in devising and coordinating sophisticated advertising campaigns in both B2B and B2C contexts, especially within the technology, SaaS, data, or market research sectors.
- Deep understanding and experience in the market research industry is essential.
- Demonstrable expertise in applying data science techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining) to analyse consumer patterns, predict trends, and directly inform advertising strategies and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience in developing or conceptualizing AI agents (e.g., using Langchain, Langgraph or at minimum tools like n8n) for applications in advertising, such as campaign automation, dynamic content personalization, or advanced market segmentation.
- Strong coding skills with practical experience in relevant technologies for developing advertising solutions or analysing data, such as:
- Python or R for data analysis, machine learning, and AI agent development.
- Leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for data processing, model deployment, or hosting advertising-related applications.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field. Alternatively, at least five years of highly relevant experience demonstrating the required specialist skills.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts, data insights, and AI capabilities into clear, compelling, and persuasive advertising messages for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and associated analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred/Desirable:
- Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for advertising campaigns.
- Creative copywriting skills, particularly for technical B2B audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization for advertising campaigns.
