Care to Care™ provides in-home assistance to Aged and Disabled clients enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes.
Our services include Personal Care, Nursing Care, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Companionship & Pastoral Care, In-Home Respite and Light Gardening.
We are looking for experienced Aged and/or Disability Support Workers to join our team to look after our clients in the Cleveland/Redland Bay area.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in Community Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with Personal Care
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Meal preparation
- Assist Clients with medication
Key requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable – or willing to obtain)
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Comprehensive car insurance
- COVID 19 & Flu Vaccination

Pay: $40.84 – $73.51 per hour
Experience:
- Aged/Disability Care: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Preferred)

- First Aid/CPR (Preferred)
