At nib, AI isn’t an experiment—it’s business critical. As our AI Product Lead, you’ll drive the delivery of production-grade AI systems. We’re searching for a forward-thinking AI Product Lead to shape the vision, roadmap and delivery of scalable, production-grade AI solutions. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned to business needs, technically sound and ethically implemented. You will be responsible for delivering scalable AI systems that drive operational efficiency and delivery tangible business value. You will lead the development of breakthrough AI products that will transform our employee experience.
You’ll sit at the centre of product, data science, and engineering, driving strategy, defining roadmaps, translating complex requirements, and ensuring our models don’t just launch… they scale, get adopted, and stay useful.
What you’ll do
- Own the product vision for key AI capabilities, with a focus on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning
- Work across data science and engineering teams to bring prototypes into production
- Shape roadmaps, set feature priorities, and track performance post-launch
- Translate business needs into ML/AI product opportunities
- Influence stakeholders and align product direction with business strategy
- Champion responsible and ethical AI practices across the lifecycle
- Help upskill teams and embed AI into real business workflows
Let’s talk about you
- 5+ years in AI or digital products, or technical delivery roles
- Experience working closely with data scientists and/or ML engineers
- Experience owning AI product strategy or translating AI research into scalable products
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical + business thinking
- Ability to identify AI Opportunities
- Solid understanding of AI/ML
- Fluent in Agile and iterative delivery practices.
- Tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence or ML platforms under your belt
