**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician or Plumber with expertise in HVAC systems, particularly in the installation of split ducted air conditioning systems and multi-split system air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multi-residential projects, ensuring all work is completed on time to the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Managing and overseeing multi-residential plumbing projects.
- Installation of split ducted air conditioning systems.
- Installation of multi-split system air conditioning systems.
- Coordinating with other trades and contractors on-site.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and communication.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Plumber specialising in HVAC systems.
- Demonstrated experience running multi-residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of split ducted and multi-split system air conditioning systems.
- Relevant plumbing certifications and licenses.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $31.22 – $55.33 per hour
