What’s the role on offer?
We’re looking for a full-time Airport Services Supervisor to join our team based onsite at Olympic Dam. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day airport operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both our clients and passengers. You’ll support the Airport Services Manager while coordinating ground operations, passenger handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations. This is not a FIFO role.

What do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience in an airport operations environment
- Knowledge of airport systems including VeRSE and FIDS (desirable)
- Experience in customer disruption recovery and rebooking
- Training delivery experience is highly regarded
- Radio Operator Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Dangerous Goods certification (preferred but not essential)
- “Train the Trainer” qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- High standard of compliance with safety and regulatory procedures
