If you are looking to explore Sydney and interact with others, and someone that enjoys the outdoors, not being stuck in the same location everyday then this is a role for you in our mobile cafe/ice cream vans.
We are looking for a talented and experienced hospitality staff that are energetic, well presented to be able to operate and coffee, ice creams, milkshakes from our mobile café van.
It is a two person shift which makes it easy to function. The job requires taking and making customer orders, manage payments and POS system which is easy to operate. We can teach you to coffee, ice creams, milkshakes and keeping the truck clean and stocked during the shift.
The location does vary as it is a mobile café dessert van an ability to travel is a must, our warehouse is a set location as a meeting point.
This is a casual position we have weekday from 12.30pm - 6pm and weekend sifts/ days time vary, but weekends are a must from 12pm - 6pm and will change in the summer months and depending on events. We require some flexability where possible.
Requirements;
- Must have driver’s license (but not an essential for now)
- Willing to take public transport to locations if need be
- Able to work long hours and at times keep up with line ups
- Great communication & people skills
- Must present well
- Confident in speaking English
- High level of hygiene
- Reliable & committed
- Trustworthy to handle the till
- An coffee or dessert lover!
