Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business development, ideally in payments or FinTech.
- Solid understanding of the payments landscape in Asia Pacific (ideally with experience in Greater China, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia).
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, creating a positive and supportive work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, results, and deadlines.
- Extensive experience working with complex commercial agreements with major counterparties.
- Experience with proactive and reactive regulatory engagements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Apple products and services. Frequent international travel within the region is required
