The role
Crown Sydney is seeking an Application Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. Reporting to the Head of IT Services, this role is responsible for supporting and enhancing gaming applications across the Crown Resorts Group, ensuring a consistent and high-performing experience for our guests and teams
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Provide expert application advice and support to senior management and business stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality solutions and ensure 24/7 application support.
- Enhance gaming applications to maximise business value and minimise downtime.
- Build strong relationships across departments and with external vendors.
- Define application roadmaps and contribute to strategic business objectives.
- Lead release management and communication strategies.
- Develop and implement solution models and deployment plans.
- Maintain consistent, standardised, and effective service levels.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a technical role, ideally within gaming or hospitality.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organisation.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering excellence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences (including probity and credit clearance).
