We have launched a revolutionary new system that can lead to significant changes in the patient management pathway, improving outcomes for the patient while also offering workflow advantages to the healthcare provider and health system.
Your mission and responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues on-site and remotely
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth instrument installations and updates.
- Training customers as required, both as part of new installations and for existing customers.
- Provide technical information to the customer to provide better customer and patient outcomes
Your qualifications and attributes:
- You will have a tertiary qualification in Science, Applied Science or related field or registered nursing qualifications
- ED, ICU, Cardiology or Cardiac Thoracic experience preferred
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Willing to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand
- Current driver's license
- Evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
