We are looking for an apprentice metal fabricator to join our busy light engineering business.
You will start as a factory hand, and assist trades staff in their duties, clean and organise the workshop, and undertake a range of labouring duties as directed. As you demonstrate competence and initiative, we will move to an apprenticeship or traineeship in metal fabrication.
No experience is necessary, however we do expect you have competency with hand tools. This could be through completing a certificate course, school, maintaining your own vehicle or hobbies.
We expect you to have a good work ethic. Curiosity and initiative are also highly valued.
A manual licence is essential.
It is a full time, permanent position with immediate start.
