- Assembling and QA of battery boxes, protective cases and other associated items
- Soldering components, updating firmware, and performing basic diagnostics
- Using hand tools and light bench equipment for precise and repeatable tasks
- Interpreting basic diagrams and following internal build or repair instructions
- Working closely with a small, skilled team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:

- Solid understanding of low voltage systems (12V preferred)
- Basic electronics knowledge (resistors, soldering, wiring looms, etc.)
- Familiarity with firmware flashing and software updating processes (preferred, but not essential)
- Competency with basic hand tools and workshop safety
- A steady hand and an eye for detail
- Positive attitude, good communication, and reliability
- The ability to follow direction and contribute to a relaxed but productive team
Who This Role Suits:
- A technician looking to step away from field work
- An experienced tradesperson or assembler after a more consistent and low-pressure workshop role
- Someone nearing retirement who still wants to stay active in a hands-on, skilled role
- Or just someone with the right skills who’s ready to join a great team doing great work
What We Offer:
- A stable, full-time position with consistent weekday hours
