About the role
This role will lead the stewardship of Transgrid’s Asset Management and Electricity Network Safety Management Systems by driving the development, implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the frameworks, processes, and documentation that support these critical electricity network management systems.
You will
- coordinate the development of asset strategies, plans, and enablers to align with best practice asset management and ensure strategic objectives are effectively supported across the organisation.
- be responsible for managing the audit and certification of Transgrid’s Asset Management System to meet regulatory requirements across NSW, ACT, and Victoria.
- ensure compliance with the Electricity Network Safety Management System and oversee regulatory reporting obligations to support the ongoing maintenance of Transgrid’s operating licenses.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications at degree level in an appropriate discipline.
- Experience in the asset lifecycle management and systems to support and meet the Asset
- Management System ISO 55001 requirements and experience in audits of these systems.
- Knowledge of Electricity Network Safety Management System and AS5577 standards and practices.
- Knowledge of the principles and experience in working with Management Systems, including, Health
- and Safety, Environment, Electricity Network Safety, Asset Management and Quality.
- Technical knowledge and experience in engineering practice related to the maintenance, operation
- and asset management of transmission network/assets.
