Your day in the life of a Lion Vanguard team
In July 2023, Lion created a stand-alone spirits division which combines Australia’s best gin business Four Pillars Gin, and Australia’s leading importer, marketer, and distributor of premium spirits - Vanguard Luxury Brands!
The team is growing, and we are currently on the lookout for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Dark Spirits Marketing Team in Sydney on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
- Execution of brand projects and tactical initiatives that unlock growth for Vanguard Luxury spirits
- Coordination and fulfillment of admin and brand specification requirements (image libraries, product information sheets for example)
- Ongoing analysis and reporting of performance identifying opportunities
- Support internal communication with quality and timely brand information
- Support the execution of large-scale campaigns, experiential and partnership programs
To be successful you will bring
- Exposure to Brand Marketing and Brand Management within FMCG
- Proven communication ability, understanding the unique needs of different audiences
- Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners.
- Strong learning agility combined with data and digital literacy
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively
