Your day in the life of the Lion team
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for two experienced Assistant Brand Managers for Guinness and Kirin Ichiban. Based in Sydney you will be part of the Craft and Premium Brand Marketing team and live a career less ordinary.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager for Premium international you will support the execution of these two iconic global brands on brand campaigns, innovation projects, digital and content communications, and customer activations.
This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional to join Lion, 2025 Supplier of the year and recently certified B Corp certification.
- Execution of brand projects and tactical initiatives that unlock growth for our brands
- Coordination and fulfillment of admin and brand specification requirements (image libraries, product information sheets for example)
- Ongoing reporting of performance and commercials
- Support internal communication with quality and timely brand information
- Support the execution of large-scale campaigns, experiential and partnership programs
- Support our digital channels and help keep our online platforms engaging and on-brand.
To be successful you will bring
- Tertiary Educated ideally in Marketing or Business Administration
- Proven experience project managing marketing campaigns.
- Solid stakeholder management skills from internal colleagues through to external partners.
- Strong learning agility combined with data and digital literacy
- Exposure to Brand Marketing and Brand Management within FMCG, preferably in food and beverage
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic plans and think innovatively
