About the role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will execute marketing activities to drive the long-term success of the Nature's Way Active portfolio which includes, Protein, Green's powder and Superfoods. Developing and implementing across all aspects of the marketing mix to learn and develop your marketing skills.
The main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Senior Brand Manager
Analysis tracking of weekly scan sales (Aztec Reports)
Forecasting & Stock control Analysis
Support sales force with information/requests
Manage and implement POS strategies
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products
Manage the brands digital marketing and social media campaigns
Manage workflow of design through our internal graphics studio
Manage external partnerships on a daily level
Track and monitor monthly A&P spend
Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures
Full time office based role located in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches
Skills and Experiences:
About you
You will have at least 2+ years' experience a Marketing Assistant or similar with good experience and understanding of FMCG and OTC products.
Marketing or Business-related degree is essential
Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including promotional materials, collateral and merchandise
General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
Knowledge of data programs is an advantage, and experience in analysing data and market segments
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisation and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with other internal departments and people from different backgrounds and cultures
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Sound PC skills and Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications
