The opportunity.
Reporting to the Company Secretary, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Company Secretary to join our Finance team on a part-time (0.6 FTE) basis. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about supporting purpose-driven leadership and ensuring the highest standards of corporate compliance and Board effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance Assistance
Statutory Filings & Registers Support
Policy Development & Technical Support
Board Support & Advice Assistance
AGM Management Support
Nominations & Elections Process Support
Board Succession and Skills Matrix Assistance
Board CPD Support
Director Appointments & Inductions Support
F&P Process and Policy Support
Board Conflict of Interest Process Support
Skills and Experiences:
About you.
Demonstrated experience in a governance, legal, or company secretarial role—ideally within financial services or banking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Sound knowledge of the Corporations Act, APRA Prudential Standards and best governance practices (including the ASX’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations)
Membership with the Governance Institute of Australia (or working towards) is highly regarded.
