We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team at our beautiful Coonans Hill campus in Pascoe Vale South. This is a 12-month parental leave cover opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you can make a real impact every day.
About the Role
As the Assistant Director, you'll work closely with the Campus Director and Educational Leader to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, lead your Educator team, and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

About You
- ; A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education & Care
- ; At least 2 - 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- ; Excellent knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
- ; Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
- ; A proactive, supportive, and team-focused leadership style
- ; Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
