Permanent full time opportunity to provide expert-level leadership, operational direction, and innovative thinking across Metro North Mental Health (MNMH) leading Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drug (MHAOD) information systems innovation through consultation, programming, and deployment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Provide expert-level clinical leadership, strategic direction, consultancy, advocacy, and solution-focussed problem solving and evaluation to lead and direct the delivery of contemporary, innovative digital solutions which are effective and efficient within a complex public MHAOD care setting.
Provide expert, informed and timely management and authoritative counsel, policy advice and processes to the MNMH Executive Leadership Team on MHAOD information system issues including impacts on clinical practice, workforce planning, training and professional development, management of clinicians, research, policy development and education.
Develop, implement, and evaluate a strategic plan to ensure MNMH alignment with HHS and state MHAOD information technology system initiatives, as well as portfolio projects managed on behalf of the MNMH Executive Leadership Team.
