About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide advanced level leadership, operational management, and advocacy of the clinical pharmacy service within a complex Directorate inclusive of Caboolture Hospital, Kilcoy Hospital, Caboolture Satellite Health Centre, Bribie Island Health Centre, multiple health centres within the Woodford Correctional Centre and the Metro North Mental Health RedCab Directorate.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Contribute to strategic level management processes, applying advanced level clinical knowledge to challenge existing protocols and advocating authoritatively for the service on a Directorate and Hospital and Health Service basis.
Provide authoritative counsel on workforce development and management across the Pharmacy Department including workplace planning, trends and culture, organisational change, recruitment, retention and engagement of staff, workload management and other human resource functions.
Provide authoritative counsel to advise and inform strategic level management processes.
