About the Role:
Food Services is seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated individual with extensive food industry management experience as the Assistant Director, Quality and Compliance, Food Services.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate strong supervisory and leadership skills in the management of a large and diverse Cook- Chill production facility and possess an extensive understanding of Food Safety Practices and Standards and be eligible for admittance into professional institutes.
The Assistant Director, Quality and Compliance is responsible for the oversight of the Food Safety Program based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), compliance to food safety standards, the Quality Management System, staff training, management of corrective action and adherence to food safety policies and procedures.
A proven ability to consistently display sound communication skills through the use of computer-based software in the development of departmental contractual, policy and financial performance reporting is essential.
