-> What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager and play a key role in daily operations:
Leadership & Team Support
- Motivate and coach your team to deliver top-notch service and performance
- Lead by example on shift – hands-on, high energy, and customer-focused
- Support recruitment, training, and development of new Boosties
Operational Excellence
- Ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and product quality control
- Help oversee rosters, labour costs, and shift planning
Customer Experience
- Create a vibrant, welcoming store environment
- Resolve customer issues quickly and positively
- Champion the Boost vibe – upbeat, friendly, and fun!
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Ensure cash handling and store procedures are followed correctly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Energetic, upbeat personality with a genuine love for people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
- A passion for health, wellbeing, and (of course) smoothies!

Pay: $49,900.00 – $90,278.85 per year
