We’re seeking a hands-on, organised, and friendly Assistant Manager to support daily operations across two venues:
- Cocoflufferia – our new vegan self-serve froyo & açaí bar at Robina Town Centre
- Goji Granola Bar & Café – our established café in Clear Island Waters
This is a key supporting role — perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team, and working closely with the owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day service and team flow
- Ensure venues stay clean, stocked, and customer-ready
- Support with basic stock handling & team check-ins
- Help train and motivate team members
- Communicate clearly with the owners about daily needs and improvements
- Able to help in busy time on the floor and coffee duty
What We’re Looking For
- Previous café or hospitality experience (ideally in a leadership/supervisory role)
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Proactive and reliable with strong attention to detail
- Able to work across both sites
