What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire: Supporting the Store Manager, you will support them in coaching and mentoring the team, keeping them motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
Sales and Performance: Drive sales and meet targets while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering and inventory management to keep the store well-stocked and organized.
Customer Engagement: Create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for customers, offering personalized, expert advice and exceptional service.
Marketing and Events: Collaborate on in-store promotions, events, and community activities to engage and retain customers.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing with well-organized, exciting displays and product presentations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Assistant Manager in Hair, Beauty, Retail or Fashion Industry. Your strong leadership and excellent customer service skills will inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results.
