Assistant Manager – Busy Pub in Umina Beach
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a well-established pub.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position supporting the Venue Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service across all areas of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead front-of-house staff and accommodation team
- Oversee TAB and gaming operations in compliance with regulations
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and reporting
- Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong people management skills
- Experience in food and beverage sales
- Current RSA & RCG certifications
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
