The Role
Alba Thermal Springs is a luxury wellness destination on the Mornington Peninsula.
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the property across all departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
- Lead by example
- Work cohesively with all departments to ensure day-to-day operations is smooth and efficient
- Assist with conflict resolution and guest complaints
- Induction and training of new team members
- Communicate relevant information to team members
- End of day reconciliation and reporting
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Night and weekend availability a must.
We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.
About You
- You have experience in a similar role
- You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable, reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
