What this opportunity involves:
Our Project & Development Services (PDS) business line has a key role in managing and delivering Capital works projects for public and private sector clients.
The Assistant Program Manager will support the PMO Team in delivering an effective program management function for capital works projects.
As a member of the team responsible for the development and ongoing management of a large program, the Assistant Program Manager will create reports which provide client and internal stakeholders with clear, concise and timely oversight of information throughout the lifecycle of the annual capital plan.
The Assistant Program Manager will liaise with a national delivery team, to support project related deliverables achieve planned milestones, and from a governance perspective, support broader team delivery in line with JLL process, procedures and playbook.
The Assistant Program Manager will also be responsible for program administration and support activities such as organising meetings, drafting communications, document control, data entry and system administration.
- Update standard documentation, templates and processes as directed
- Maintain centralised systems (i.e. SharePoint) to ensure that the latest information and guidance is always readily available to project managers
- Assist the PMO team in developing new or refining existing processes, working collaboratively with counterparts in other teams and mapping activities and responsibilities
- Analyse data from multiple sources and prepare concise logical reports
- Identify accuracy issues or gaps and work with data owners to get systems updated by deadlines
- Collaborate with the Account BI and Analytics team to develop reports aligned with Account standards
- Track and report on key data to demonstrate performance against KPI’s
- Ensure attention to detail on all deliverables and the overall quality of final products positively represents JLL
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
- A degree in a relevant business management / construction / property discipline or a related field and up to three (3) years’ experience. Or a combination of formal education and experience
- Basic understanding of the construction management process through design, tender and delivery is desirable
- Strong communicator –possesses strong verbal & written communication skills, also an active listener
- Passion for quality – has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
- Self-motivated & confident
- Ability to effectively deal with stressful situations and ambiguity
- Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Strongly goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets
- Is a team player – able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets

As the work may be with our Federal Government clients, you will need to comply with the statutory regulations:
Australian Citizen - in order to undergo and maintain at minimum a Baseline Clearance successfully
