About the role:
We are seeking a permanent full-time Property Manager Administrator to work within our award winning Property Management team. Working alongside and providing admin support to the team, you will be responsible for completing set tasks within the role, as well as having the opportunity of assisting and trouble-shooting on a day to day basis. Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing Residential Tenancy lease documents – lease renewals and new tenancies.
- Liaising with other Real Estate agencies during handover and/or collection of managements.
- Assist in the tenant vacate process – liaising with outside organisations such as Water Corporation etc where required.
- Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors’ communication where directed.
- Prepare and process Management Authority renewals.
- General ad hoc Property Management tasks when system audits are required.
- Offer relief front desk and phone coverage for reception team if required.
About you:
- Real Estate industry experience highly desirable.
- Experience with Docusign, Microsoft and Reapit software for Property Management purposes.
- High attention to detail, even in the midst of a busy office environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive multi-tasking and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work to current systems and procedures whilst contributing as a team to improve and/or refine processes when the opportunity presents.
- The desire to grow within a company for the long term.
- Ability to complete repetitive and set tasks, but also to adapt quickly when a situation arises that takes priority and changes the days plan.
