Join Our Commercial Banking Team – Parental Leave Cover (9–12 Months)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Commercial Banking team on a full-time, fixed-term basis to cover a parental leave period of 9 to 12 months. This role will be based in Brisbane, managing a property-focused portfolio and working closely with medium to large-sized business clients.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, acquiring new-to-bank customers, and delivering exceptional service to our existing clients. You will actively engage with external partners, brokers, and industry networks to drive business growth and enhance our market presence.
What do I need?
- Proven expertise in commercial lending
- Experience in corporate and commercial banking environments
- Strong credit analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex financial deals
- A proactive approach to business development and stakeholder engagement
