What’s the role?
Based in Leongatha, VIC, right in the heart of regional Victoria, you’ll be a key part of our Commercial and Agribusiness team. In this full-time role, you’ll work side-by-side with Relationship Managers to support a diverse portfolio of customers—helping local businesses and communities grow stronger every day. What do I need?
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about regional Australia and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll bring:
- A head for numbers and confidence in financial analysis and credit assessment
- A sharp eye for identifying potential risks before they become problems
- A natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
