We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager in the day to day operations of our Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Golden Grove store.
At times, you may also be required to support the day to day operations of our Barossa Fine Foods, Golden Grove store as our team work across both brands.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, team scheduling and customer service.
- Supporting and coaching the team with product knowledge to support the provision of friendly, high-quality customer service.
- Ensuring stock display is of high quality and presentation standards.
- Adhering to operational requirements such as opening and closing procedures, daily cash reconciliation and banking.
- Maintaining a high focus on all safety and quality assurance guidelines and supporting the Store Manager in ensuring all team members comply.
- Actively contribute to the overall success and growth of the store.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sound experience in a food related retail management role (preferred).
- Ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Excellent personal presentation.
