As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Proven retail management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail — you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
- Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting, desirable
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
