Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Customer Service
- Customer service (includes Sales, Service and Delivery parcels over the counter)
- Capable of Handling, Manage and Maintain Accuracy of Money.
- To communicate, build and maintain a strong and well relationship with customers.
- To be able to sort mail and parcel into correct Trays and Bags.
- Able to work on POST+ Terminals.
- Able to work outdoor (Pick-up and drop off, collect parcels from both business and residential addresses)
- Stocktaking and maintain clean and tidiness of the store.
Requirement
- Must be able to lift up to 16KG on a repetitive basis.
- Capable of standing during working hours
- To have additional days and hours available for any changes
- Fast, Efficient and Responsible.
- Be punctual and excellent time management.
- Police check within six months or current Australia Post Work Force ID available.
- Able to use a digital camera, printer, fax, photocopy.

We will provide training for anyone who does not have previous experience with Australia Post Retail Service. At the end of the training, there will be a test and percentage to pass.

Pay: $23.38 – $24.29 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 22.5 per week
