Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter and/or Junior Parts Interpreter

Due to the substantial growth in our dealership, we are currently seeking a spare parts interpreter with experience preferably and/or a junior to be trained in all aspects of Spare Parts, to join our team at Southern Classic Group Wollongong and our Albion Park Branch. Your passion for great customer service and strong communication skill will be most welcome.

These are full time positions and available for immediate start. Applicants are required to have demonstrated experience in the automotive industry and/or a junior willing to be trained in all aspects of Spare Parts

We seek an experienced candidate with many attributes and skills:

• Fielding spare parts enquiries via email, phone and internal orders
• Preparation of invoices, quotes and purchase orders
• Picking, packing and dispatching
• Review orders and verify all documentation for entry into the dealer management system
• Liaise with customers and identify their queries
• Knowledge of Parts Catalogues
• Demonstrated understanding of principal of stock management
• Receipt cash, cheque, and credit card payments for parts, and accurately record them on the cash sales summary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient and experienced with computers and programs
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Must have current NSW drivers licence
  
  

You will liaise with customers to determine individual parts and service needs, create awareness of new parts, services and total solutions.

To be suitable for the experienced position, you will need good technical parts knowledge in the automotive parts field. This could be a rewarding career with diverse opportunities for the right person.
