Your role will include:
- Qualifying prospects over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database
- Executing outbound calls to prospects with the goal to set up meetings for our clients (no selling involved)
- Keeping our contact databases up-to-date
- Emailing prospects to follow up on calls and sending marketing materials if appropriate
- Participating in team meetings, client briefings and campaign review sessions
- Engaging in our learning and development program to support your success at work
Working hours will fall between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday only (adaptation to other time zones based on the destination calling zone may be required).
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Proven 2 years experience in B2B telemarketing, IT pre-sales or outbound calling
- Fluency in professional business English - spoken and written
- Confidence in utilizing computers and new software
- No reluctance in making outbound calls to business people
- Desire to learn and work collaboratively with a team
- An interest in working in the IT/software space is a plus (but not essential)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
